Weekend Fun & time with my 2nd family!!

Over the weekend, we got to spend some time with The Eilers family and we had a blast. On Saturday, first Kody had his last basketball game. There was a scheduling confliction and they ended up scrimaging themselves. Due to the scheduling difference and Trista :-) we showed up an hour early. Braeden & Brooklynd kept me busy walking/running around but they had a good time. Darren was caught up at work and very shortly after had to be in Vancouver to go bowling with some buddies from his old work, so he didn't make it! Saturday night I headed out to meet up with Katie, Kim, Sean, Ron and Mary to watch a jazz band at Jimmy Macks downtown! It was SO much fun, Katie and I left early intending to meet up with friends and then Sam (her husband) but only made it to the first place after watching the band and were so tired by then we cut the evening a bit short. I will post some pics, it was a blast. Sunday we headed to the Eilers household (my third home after my own and my parents!) and had a delicious brunch and the kids played. My pics didn't turn out very well from that, but once Kim send some to me I will be sure to post. I hope everyone had a great weekend and is having a great week. I am coming up on finals week and super busy. In other news Darren found out he will start his apprenticeship and schooling in early April, YAY! We are so excited. Tata for now and love to you all!
