Our Birthday Dinner!

We went out to dinner on the Friday before Terra went back to Michigan for our birthday! Maybe next year we'll be togther on our real birthday, like when we were kids! I shouldn't complain though....this was better than not at all like in the past few years!

Arctic Picnic

We went to Darren's work picnic Saturday. It was held at Willamette Park, same as his Union picnic! They had a blow up thingy setup for the kiddos a wading pool and lots of yummy food both from Busters and a sort of pot luck for sides etc. The boys had a blast...

Vacation..California...

We left on July 26th at 5am to drive with to California to visit Darren's family. He is from Hayward and his parents and sister still live there. The drive down was much better than anticipated, we had a lot of fun, we went to San Francisco for a day, to a baseball game, to a theme park, went bowling and got to visit with a couple of Darren's old high school friends in addition to lots of other fun stuff. Darren and I even snuck out to have a few cocktails with friends the night before we left! The ride home wasn't as enjoyable the kids were exhausted and there was lots of complaining and tears, but we made it!

Surprise!! Happy Birthday Trista!

Jason threw Trista a surprise birthday party at the River Shore Inn, we all had a great time singing and dancing...here a few pics!

Union Picnic

Darren's and my dad's union picnic was held at Willamette Park in West Linn over the weekend. They had raffles and drawings, food provided by Busters, motorcycle and car contest and even a firetruck for the kiddos! Was a fun day!
