OMSI

We were invited to go to OMSI to the Science Playground by Kimberly, Sean and Grant. We were eager to do this and the kids were excited too. The guys decided to stay home, so Sunday Kim and I took the 3 boys to OMSI. We got a bit of a late start, and arrived around 10:30am. The boys had an awesome time, there is a water play area, a sand area, an art room and many other educational and fun activities for the kids. We stayed for almost 2 hours, then took the boys to the cafe for some lunch. It was a great adventure. I will post pics very soon! Thanks to Kim & Grant for a great play date!! We will have to do it again very soon!

Braeden turns 3 years old!

Our beautiful first born son turned 3 years old on Saturday. We had another full weekend of fun. Kody had a football game early Saturday. After the game and the kids naps, we took the 3 boys to get pictures for Braedens birthday. It was a little chaotic as usual with coercing Brooklynd to be anywhere with out his dad and with a bit of bribery to get Braeden to cooperate and get some by himself. Overall the pictures turned out very well. On Sunday we had his birthday party and we had a few no-shows, so it was a smaller than usual affair, but he had fun playing with all the boys and girls. He gots lots of fun toys and clothes and was spoiled by friends and family. He had pizza, cake and ice cream and was happy about that. We hope everyone had a great weekend. Here are a few pics.

3 years ago today...

Heather & Geoff's Reception

I was glad that I was able to make it to Heather and Geoff's reception at the Adrianna Hill Ballroom. It was good to see some old friends and celebrate with them. Okay so I had to post a couple of pics of the boys from Kody's baseball game. Brooklynd was cracking everyone up by barking (growling) at the dog...he only did it to the poodle in the picture below. It was hysterical, he would jump up and down while growling (rarr..rarr!)- it was so funny! Another funny thing that happened was when one of the other players parent said "Let's go Kody" and Braeden turned around and said that is MY Kody...like don't talk to him he's mine! Braeden took it upon himself to coach Kody, when he was pitching. When Kody threw a pitch that went a little astray, Braeden piped up saying "Kody, NO NO!" the crowd was laughing at the boys actions much of the game and it was hilarious. Braeden continued to say the funniest things and started the day by yelling "Hi Kody" in the middle of dead silence, while Kody was playing. It made Kody smile and didn't seem to distract Kody or his teammates too much! We all enjoyed ourselves and Kody's team won both games so the few sprinkles we encountered were all worth it!
