We had a VERY busy weekend. Stacy (Darren's sister) came into late Friday night, Saturday we did a garage sale and Trista's Birthday BBQ. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TRISTA!! It was SO much fun. We all had a great time. It was a childless affair so as you can imagine it got pretty crazy. We headed out after the BBQ and there was even a little bit of girl fighting action later, but that is all I'll say about it...well on here at least. Sunday I had to record a speech for school so the troops headed over to our house as I am required to have 6 audience members. My mom ended up taking the kids for a walk because baby Brooklynd was having a major meltdown and yelling mama which made it near impossible for me to continue to speak...later that night we went to dinner with Trista, Jason, Kody and Stacy. Stacy flew home yesterday and it was so cute, over the weekend Braeden learned to enunciate her name very well and also kept saying that she was Darren's sister. He would ask Dada? Stacy's your sister? Or Mama Stacy is Dawwen's sister? Hilarious! Brooklynd took a bit to warm up as is per his usual, but he was also playing and hugging her before she left. It was a good visit and much too short, but we are thankful that she came as are the boys. Come visit us soon (Aunt) Stacy!!
